Windows 10: Booting fully fails after latest windows 11 update & restore/reinstall/troublesoot options...

After allowing the latest windows update, I can't boot into my profile without hitting F12 or "start" while restarting. I have tried system/recovery/fix using windows update but the option is unavailable. I also tried the windows update tab and got an error. Same with the :the "troubleshooting" options. It won't allow me to uninstall the update or reinstall windows so I am at a loss. Please help!

Last night around 9pm I noticed the pc was doing another update. Endless boot loop again. I ran through the steps from yesterday with one new result and it will not boot.

The BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO bug check occurs if the SYSTEM hive is corrupted. However, this corruption is unlikely, because the boot loader, checks a hive for corruption when it loads the hive. Here are some suggested resolution for this issue.

* Try booting into safe mode and then restart the OS normally. If the restart does not fix the problem, the registry damage is too extensive. Try the following steps:

• If you have a system restore point, try restoring to an earlier restore point.
• Reset your PC.
• Use installation media to restore or reset your PC.
• Use installation media to reinstall Windows.

windows 11 pro, previous folders fail to be restored after restart

These Steps to reproduce are repeatable:

Folder options, in the View tab: I checked the box to Restore previous folder windows at logon. Then opened local folders (all on my c: drive) in several file-explorer tabs and windows. Restarted the computer (while those folders were still open). The file-folders failed to reappear

Details:

Doesn't help to toggle Quick-boot option off or on. Two win11 machines have had this same misbehavior, as long as they've had win 11. Both pass SFC scans, and are fully updated.
