Windows 10: Bluetooth unable to connect, cannot make or receive calls with Phone Link

Using Phone Link, I can see my apps, notifications, messages and call logs in real time. I cannot send messages, make or receive calls.My phone is paired to my computer via Bluetooth, but won't connect. I have reset this connection several times. I have reset the app on my computer twice. I have reset both my computer and phone twice. I have checked the permissions on my phone and everything appears correct.I tried installing the Cross Device Experience Host with the admin command prompt but got the error message that "The package is not compatible with the current Windows version or platform.

Phone Link vs Samsung Flow vs Samsung Dex?

I found out about the problem when I ran games on the phone using Phone Link. Assuming that the PC is connected to the phone with Phone link On the phone if you look at the Bluetooth settings you will see that:

• Calls = Enabled
• Audio = Not available

However, on the PC if you run Bluetooth Audio Receiver and open a connection to the phone then On the phone if you look at the Bluetooth settings you will see that:

• Calls = Enabled
• Audio = Enabled

 

I need help making and receiving calls on the link to phone app

My phone wont connect with my laptop Bluetooth. I keep getting an error message saying couldn't connect when I try connect my phone to my laptop Bluetooth and that's preventing me from using the receive and make call option in the link to phone app on my Windows 10. I need help making and receiving calls on the link to phone app
