Windows 10: Bluetooth suddenly gone from device

My bluetooth is gone from my device. I checked devmgmt.msc, and there is no bluetooth 'folder' at all, and in services-msg, only "bluetooth audio gateway service" is available. In bluetooth and other devices, it says "Bluetooth is turned off" under my usual bluetooth devices, and troubleshooting says my device doesn't have bluetooth. I've restarted my computer and tried to download the bluetooth driver again, but it still doesn't pop up.I've been using bluetooth probably for multiple years, and I was using it just earlier today until it suddenly disappeared.Device name LAPTOP-2V9FGSLN Processo

I have windows 10 on an hp laptop and suddenly my bluetooth is gone it shows up in hidden devices drivers are there but it says the hardware is disconnected code 45

Kindly do below steps and try again.

Right click windows button and click device manager.

Click view and select show hidden devices

Open Bluetooth section if show and right click and uninstall each items listed there.

Then open universal serial bus controllers in device manager and uninstall each items listed there and restart laptop and check if Bluetooth shows in device manager.

Still Bluetooth module not appearing on device manager it can be due to BIOS related issue

Kindly get in to BIOS and select Load defaults in BIOS and save and exit then start windows and check

To get in to BIOS restart laptop and Press BIOS key (F2 , F10 or Del depends on laptop model)

Bluetooth is suddenly gone?

My laptop definitely has Bluetooth, I've used it before but after I downgraded from windows 11 to windows 10 suddenly Bluetooth is missing.

I can't turn it on in the action window where you turn on things like flight mode, the option is just gone. I went to the Bluetooth and devices tab in settings, no option to turn it on there. I opened device manager and the Bluetooth adapter doesn't show up anymore and I tried doing troubleshooting after following a guide on this site but it suddenly says "this device does not have Bluetooth"

I tried opening services.msc and turning on automatic start for the Bluetooth services, that didn't help, I've tried downloading new drivers, that did nothing and I tried booting in safe mode to automatically install the default drivers but that didn't help either. I'm at the end of my rope here, can someone help?
