Discus and support Bluetooth issue on recent update Windows10 in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Started having this problem around the 16/17th of april; while working with the bluetooth on my mouse, connected whit it, suddenly stopped working....     Bluetooth issue on recent update Windows10


    Started having this problem around the 16/17th of april; while working with the bluetooth on my mouse, connected whit it, suddenly stopped working. After a while, checking the mouse'sbattery and restatrting my PC, I wasn't able to actevate my bluetooth whatever it was via the bluetooth setting or the notification centre.. after some try and looking for a quick resolution online I've noticed that the related service was first disabled than gone, and I'm not able to find the bluetooth on the device manager anymorescreenshothttps://imgur.com/a/tlxL7TBHow could I resolve this problem?thanks

  2. Recent update has caused issues with bluetooth

    • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your computer?
    I suggest you to check the status of Bluetooth in device manager.

    Method 1: Check Device Manager.


    • Press Windows + X, click on Device Manager.

    • Check for any exclamation marks in there.
    If exclamations mark are there on any device name, try to update them by right clicking on them.

    Method 2: Follow below steps.

    Step 1: Run Hardware and Device troubleshooter.


    • Press Windows + W, Type troubleshooting.

    • From the search list, click on troubleshooting

    • On the left pane, click on view all.

    • From the list click on hardware and devices troubleshooter.

    • Follow on screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting.

    Method 3:

    I suggest you to uninstall the Bluetooth driver from the device manager and install the latest driver for the device from the manufacturer website.

    Step 1: Uninstall and Reinstall Bluetooth Driver.

    Please follow the steps given here to uninstall and then reinstall the Bluetooth driver.

    a) Press Windows key +X
    key when you are at desktop.

    b) Select Device Manager.

    c) Find and double-click Bluetooth driver from the left panel to uninstall

    d) Right-click the device, and click Uninstall.

    e) Windows will prompt you to confirm the device’s removal. Click OK
    to remove the driver.

    f) After the uninstallation is complete, reboot your computer as soon as possible.

    Step 2: Install the Bluetooth driver from the manufacturer’s website.

    You can logon to the manufacturer website and install the driver latest drivers in compatible mode.

  3. Bluetooth not found in Windows10

    Thanks for your reply.

    I suggest you to follow the methods below and check if it helps.

    Method 1

    I suggest you to run Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter. Follow these steps to run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter:

    • Press Windows key + X and select Control Panel.
    • Select Troubleshooting.
    • Select View all on the top left corner.
    • Click Hardware and Devices.
    • Follow the on-screen instruction to run the troubleshooter.
    Method 2

    Start the Bluetooth service.

    • Click Start, type “services.msc” and hit
      enter.
    • From the list of items, double click Bluetooth Support Service.
    • Change the startup type to Automatic and click
      Start button
      to start service.
    • Click Apply and then click ok.
    Method 3

    I suggest you to try disabling and then enabling and check if the Bluetooth toggle is available. Refer the steps below:

    • Press Windows key + X.
    • Click on Device Manager.
    • Look for Bluetooth device from the list.
    • Right click on the device and click on Disable.
    • Right click on the device and click on Enable.
    • Restart the computer.
    • Check if issue persists.
    Method 4: Update the Bluetooth driver

    I suggest you to try updating the Bluetooth drivers check if it works for you.

    Follow the steps to update the Bluetooth driver:

    • Press Windows key + X.
    • Click on Device Manager.
    • Expand “Bluetooth”.
    • Right-click on the Bluetooth listed and click on ‘Update Driver Software’.
    • Select the option to automatically search for the updated driver software.
    • Restart the computer after its updated and verify.
    Also try to access the computer manufacturer's website and download the latest Bluetooth drivers & Chipset drivers for your computer and install the same.
