Windows 10: Bluetooth Driver Error Code 43 Qualcomm Atheros/Generic Bluetooth Driver

I am using Dell N4110, that came with Windows 7 and I updated it to Windows 10 with a completely clean install. Everything works except Bluetooth, according to Dell, the Bluetooth and WiFi are interconnected, however for me, the WiFi works but Bluetooth doesnt.I checked my drivers, it showed "Generic Bluetooth Driver" don't remember exact name, but it definitely had the word GenericMy guess was that the Driver is old, so I installed "Driver Booster App" and it updated my Drivers, and now it says Qualcomm Atheros AR3011 Bluetooth 3.0And it is not working either.Observations/Important Points:

Driver for Qualcomm Atheros AR3011 Bluetooth 3.0 Adapter

Hello everyone...I have an HP notebook, model Probook 4430s and I am looking for the driver mentioned above.On the HP website there is nothing for Windows 10 and the possible solutions found on the intermet, unfortunately have not worked so far ...Would anyone have any ideas or suggestions regarding this driver?When trying to load any driver, it gets error code 43.

I'm using Windows 10, version 20H2, build 19042.630.

 

Cannot update Qualcomm Atheros QCA61x4 Bluetooth Driver

I cannot turn on my PC Bluetooth to connect to my LG HBS780 headphones or any other Bluetooth audio device. The PC is a Dell desktop running Win 10 (Version 10.0.18363 Build 18363). All Dell diagnostics say everything is up to date, but the Qualcomm driver is not working. I have downloaded the newer driver from Dell, deleted the older driver, etc, but it continues to go back to the older driver with the status "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"

The Bluetooth on/off switch is missing in the bluetooth settings and I assume the Qualcomm driver is the cause.

Generic Bluetooth Dongle - Error Code 43 ;(


I bought this super cheap generic bluetooth dongle. The reviews gave me the feeling it wouldn't work, but i thought how hard could it possibly be? The reviews were right, it doesn't want to work right out of the box, I get an error code 43, and I'm really not sure what to do. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the device and I get the same error. I think it's missing a specific driver but I'm not sure. It's an Excelvan (https://i.imgur.com/KXqxRerl.jpg), a brand you've probably never heard of (until now *Cool)

I have it plugged into a USB hub, it flashes red so i know its working... (cant see it here because of the flash)
