Windows 10: Bluetooth disconnects after a few seconds

Hi, I've recently bought a new laptop and I tried connecting a bluetoothe device. It pairs but after a few seconds it disconnects. This happens for different devices. I've already tried to reinstall the driver, install another drive, restart the bluetooth services and install the newest Windows update running Version 21H1. Nothing helped. Does anybody know what fix I can try next?*** in das englische Forum verschoben ***

How to disconnect and reconnect bluetooth devices in Windows 10?

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Pair the Bluetooth device to the system.
• Right click on the Speaker icon in the System tray and select
  Playback Devices.
• Select the device and click on the drop down list next to Set default button.
• Select the option to connect and disconnect from the device.

I suggest you to uninstall and update the Bluetooth drivers from Device Manager and check if it helps:

Step 1: Uninstall Bluetooth driver.

• Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Bluetooth.
• Right on the Bluetooth
  driver and click on
  Uninstall.
• Restart the computer.

Step 2: Update the Bluetooth
driver.

• Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Bluetooth.
• Right on the Bluetooth
  driver and click on
  Update driver software.

Also, try to search for the drivers from Manufacturer's website and install them in the compatibility mode.

You can install Windows 8/8.1 drivers in compatibility mode if there are no Windows 10 compatible drivers.

Follow the steps to install in Compatibility mode:

• Download the updated driver from the manufacturer’s website.
• Right click the driver installation file and select
  Properties then tap or click the Compatibility tab.
• Place a check in the Run this program in compatibility mode for: box.
  
• Tap the drop down box and select a previous operating system, then tap or click
  OK.
• Try installing the driver and check.

Streaming music on bluetooth disconnects wifi


Having upgraded form 8.1 to Windows 10 I now find that streaming music on bluetooth disconnects wifi. It does this every time within a few minuets. (Bluetooth and Adapter drivers are up to date.) I have changed the virgin super hub from channel 1 to 12 but problem remains)
Any suggestions?
