  1. Bluetooth device deactivated in device manager keeps reactivating itself

Win11 pro x64My motherboard has an integrated bluetooth device, however I also have a superior discreet intel wifi+bluetooth card installed in a PCIE port. I disabled the mobo's bluetooth device via device manager and set the intel device as the default, which worked fine for the first year or so I've had the intel card. However, an update within the past 3 months has caused windows to persistently disregard my settings and it now reactivates the integrated bluetooth device and sets it to default EVERY time I start the computer, resulting in my bluetooth speakers becoming nonresponsive. Can't Find Bluetooth on device manager.

    Hi LoChung,

This may be caused by a corrupt or an outdated driver. It may also be caused by an incorrect device connection setup.

We suggest that you check Fix Bluetooth problems in Windows 10: FAQ. Please perform the steps on the following
    topics to resolve your issue:

    • How can I automatically fix common Bluetooth problems?
    • The Bluetooth toggle is missing in Bluetooth & other devices settings or can't be turned on.
    • Bluetooth doesn't appear and there are no unknown device listed in the Device Manager.

If the issue still persists, kindly give us more details by answering the following questions:

    • Have you done any recent changes on your computer prior to this issue?
    • Have you tried your Bluetooth device with another computer and check if you were able to use it?

Keep us updated with the status of the issue so that we can resume working on your concern.

    • Press Windows key + X.
    • Click on Device Manager.

Bluetooth device deactivated in device manager keeps reactivating itself

    Bluetooth driver keeps failing

Everytime I restart my computer I see my bluetooth is missing. I check the driver and it looks like something is wrong with the driver. I go to Device Management, deactivate then reactivate it so it would be OK again. Or I remove the device from the list then scan hardware changes, then it fixes itself.. But why do I have to do it again and again? if it's working, why it keeps failing, if it fails, why fix itself after these steps?
