Windows 10: Bluetooth/Audio issue -- right channel not working HP Envy

Hello, I have a new HP Envy device which has had some other weird problems!, and the bluetooth connectivity for headphones is not working properly. Whenever I connect I can only hear audio from the left audio channel. I know it's this device specifically because I have the same issue for every bluetooth headphones/earbuds that I connect, and the bluetooth devices work perfectly fine on my other windows laptops. Note that the speakers are fine and the headphones work alright when I connect with an AUX cable, so it seems like a Bluetooth issue. I suspect something is up with the microphone rec

how to enable bluetooth in hp envy 3090nr

Hello,

I have hp envy 3090nr (hp envy 17 3d series)

I am unable to find bluetooth setting in my laptop.

Last time i remember, i used several months back and i disabled bluetooth that time..not used after that for a long..

now unable to find in control panel or start menu search even..


I had given my lapop for service to HP authorized service center few months back due to over heating problem, can it be problem due to that? can bluetooth be removed during servicing?

HP ENVY audio

Any answers yet on no audio from speakers, jacks and internal microphone??? I have the HP ENVY 17t-3200 CTO the only way I can get audio in or out is with a USB to 3.5mm jack device. This problem started after the July 2016 win-10 update. I have tried
all listed fixes nothing worked. Seem like thousands of people out there have some variation of of this problem.
