I am beyond frustrated, i spent good money on a brand new PC only for my bluetooth devices to not work, none of them. The audio is choppy, think of a bad cd skipping, that's what my Bluetooth audio sounds like all the time! It is not my bluetooth devices that are the issue, i tested it out with my iphone/ps4/etc. and the bluetooth devices work perfectly fine, its windows 11 for a fact. I've tried updating the bluetooth driver, uninstalling it, among many other things and nothing has fixed it. I even had the best buy customer service team try to fix it, they took control over my pc remotely and

We would like to know more about the issue, kindly verify the following:

• How many Bluetooth devices are connected when you get this error?
• Have you done any recent updates or changes to your computer?

Usually, when there is more than one Bluetooth devices working simultaneously on the computer, the bandwidth is shared. If there is a low bandwidth, there is a possibility that you might get a poor quality when using a Bluetooth headset or speaker.

Windows 10/11 - Audio Stuttering / Choppy (Bluetooth)

Hello all,

Recently I purchased a new computer (AMD Ryzen with Windows 10 pre-installed).
I have multiple bluetooth devices. They work okay but, I only have issues with Bluetooth Headsets.

I have tried many bluetooth headsets and the chopping / cutting / stuttering audio sound is on every device.
I even purchased a Bluetooth 5 Adapter. No changes, I even installed windows 11 (Fresh) and then installed Windows 10 again (fresh) to test.

The stutering on audio keeps going on! It's so frustrating!
I literally tried everything.... Removed the drivers, installed new drivers. Placed a brand new Bluetooth 5 Adapter.

I must say, I am not really that pro in WiFi and Bluetooth interferences but, could it be my Modem? Which sends out WiFi?
It's really near my PC. But again, my older PC did NOT had this problem (while many WiFi devices where near).

I am OUT of options. Is it the motherboard? The CPU? What the hell is interfering?

1. Uninstall BT drivers / reinstall
2. Uninstall Windows 10/11 then reinstall 10/11

3. Purchased a brand new BT Adapter

4. Tried with other headsets

Problem is still there!!

It's just so annoying, the audio pops and stutters so much I can't even listen to music or play games.
