Windows 10: Bluescreen Critical failure with error Event ID: 41 and Task Category 63

intel 14700kf MSI RTX 3070TI SUPRIM 32 GB GSKILL TRIDENT Z5 ROYAL ASUS ROG 1000W PSU MSI z790 EDGE TI MAX WIFI pretty much a brand new build like 3 weeks old had the exact same issue on the old build but that was with a ryzen 5800xd hence the new build only thing that wasn't different in the new build to the old one is gpu and psu please can someone help and the difference with this error is i actually get a bluescreen and it reboots old build just black screened and then nothing had to hold power button down to restart the pc

I'm running Windows 11 Version 10.0.22621 Build 22621, and I'm encountering frequent blue screens, sometimes up to 3 times a day. Strangely, it seems to happen more often when running extensive processing applications. (Sharing screen on google meet while browsing code with eclipse for example)

Digging into the event viewer, I found this critical error:

Event ID 41 Task Category 63

If i get no BSODs, no errors, no events logged in event viewer apart from kernel power 41 (63), not even the windows did not shut down successfully screen (don't know if that is still in windows 10), and the computer just turns off and a few seconds later it turns back on, is it safe to assume that it is the power supply and not the motherboard? Because I have heard that this can be caused by the motherboard. Also when this happens, is it harmful for the rest of the hardware?

My computer keeps freezing up and when I looked at the logs it says kernal power event id 41 task category 63. I've seen many people ask about that here and nobodies got an answer to it yet.
