    Hello,I have had a continuous issue with my computer getting the Blue Screen. All of my drivers are updated, I have defragged and optimized my hard drives. I recently learned about the Event Viewer, this was the most recent crash report log.Fault bucket , type 0Event Name: BlueScreenResponse: Not availableCab Id: 0Problem signatureBlue Screen :p1: 3bP2: c0000005P3: fffff8066f01e85eP4: ffffc180bbcbd590P5: 0P6: 10_0_26100P7: 0_0P8: 768_1P9: P10: Attached files:\\?\C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\033025-9812-01.

    Blue screens could be caused by problems with your computer’s hardware or with its driver. Still, we
    would like to know more about the issue. Please clarify the following:

    • Did you get a STOP code?
    • Did you install any hardware or driver recently?

    Hi Jon,

    Startup blue screen error(s) can occur if a problem causes your PC to shut down or restart unexpectedly. It could be due to the following:

    • Outdated device software drivers
    • Corrupted Windows update system files
    • Software/Security conflicts

    We would like to know some information:

    • Did you get any blue screen stop error codes?
    • Have you tried booting in Safe mode?
