Windows 10: Blue screen: Startup Repair Couldn't repair your PC: Log file is blank

Hi!!! Im struggling to get my laptop running as im suck in a automatic repair bluescreen loop however my log file is blank and no tutorials are helping, just about the exact same symtims as this older post : https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/blue-screen-startup-repair-couldnt-repair-your-pc/651b307c-a828-4194-a56b-7071cff3b6bb but the answer im seeing doesnt exactly make sense to my dumb brain. Please do help!

Blue screen: Startup Repair Couldn't repair your PC: Log file is blank and it keeps putting me in a loop.

I was uninstalling some programs and things that I did not need from my computer, then I restarted it. When it turned back on, it brought me to the blue screen startup repair menu. I tried the startup repair and it did not work with a blank log file. I tried some steps on YouTube, and nothing at all worked. Some other guy had a problem like me, but I dont think he had the Start up Repair loop though.

Here's the format of the blue screen.

When i turned my computer on, i got a blue screen. It asked me to choose from two options:

Troubleshoot

Turn off your PC

When i went to "Troubleshoot" and clicked on Startup Repair, i received the message

Startup Repair couldn't repair your PC

Press "Advanced options" to try other options to repair your PC or "Shut down" to turn off your PC.

Log file:

The log file is blank. And there are only two buttons

Shut down

Advanced options

How do i fix this problem? When i go to advanced options, i have no idea which of the following would help:

Startup Repair

Command Prompt

Uninstall Updates

UEFI Firmware Settings

System Restore

System Image Recovery

Update: i was uninstalling some programs from my laptop like games and microsoft teams. Afterwards, my computer froze and when i restarted the computer turned off.
