Windows 10: Blue screen error. CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED

So I've got bsod and I'm completely stuck. I've watched a ton of youtube videos to no avail. System restore won't work, start up repair failed, uninstall updates failed and I've typed lots of things into command prompt. Please help!

The CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED bug check has a value of 0x000000EF. This indicates that a critical system process died.
The ntoskrnl.exe may possibly occur due to the default value in the
Boot Loader section of the Boot.ini file which is missing or invalid. BSOD errors occur mostly due to incompatible, faulty or corrupted device drivers installed on the computer. To better assist you, I'd like to know any changes
you've made. What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:

• 
  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
