Windows 10: Blue screen error code Kmode exception not handled

I am unable to start my PC everytime I turn it on and in the lock screen it shows me a blue screen error with stop code Kmode exception not handledEverytime it shows this error in blue screen top code kmode exception not handled and this these percentage complete is also not increasing it is stuck for like 10 minutes in 0% only

kmode exception not handled blue screen error

I keep getting a blue screen error at random times... not sure what is causing it. When it blue screens and restarts my computer it says it is a Kmode exception not handled error.

I have copied the error in the event viewer and it says the following 2 errors:

1) The cpuz136 service failed to start due to the following error:

This driver has been blocked from loading

2)The description for Event ID 875 from source Application Popup cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

cpuz136_x64.sys

The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table

Any suggestions or help with this please and thanks.
