Windows 10: Blue screen and restarting out of no where help!!

Recently my laptop have been getting random blue screen too frequently and horizontal screen glitching. i have suspected that either my system filealso drivers is corrupted or sth wrong with my psu so i check event viewer and this is what i found before critical eventACPI thermal zone \_TZ.THRM has been enumerated. _PSV = 383K _TC1 = 4 &nb
