Windows 10: Blue dump in windows 11

Dear Team below error i am getting in multiple laptop of dell - stop code driver ieql not less or equal what failed - tcpip.sys

I have been having blue screen dumps lately on my Windows 11. Will someone be able to troubleshoot the issue?

• Did you reinstall the update and the application after resetting the computer to factory settings?
