Windows 10: Blank Screen Windows Security Windows 11

How to fix my issue please someone help ive tried like every way to try fix this so many ways. since i reset my pc due to yet another windows11 bug dark theme file explorer bug this windows security has been opening but blank i cant use it.. i need help because all the ways ive tried is not doing anything.i cant upload a screenshpt but this is a known issue mine just cant be fixed and im not going throught resetting my lpatop again bug in windows been around for years and not been fixed someone help

Windows booting to blank screen after safe mode

Click these keys whenever you see a black screen:
Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B > report what you see and hear

See if you can boot to the BIOS using the information in this link:

List the installed antivirus software.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
