Windows 10: Black screen help

Ok so I accidently shut down my PC right as it started an update when I turned it back on I only saw a black screen with blinking cursor, I was able to get into bios to have it look at my thumb drive to reinstall windows, it wouldn't boot from that drive it did same thing, so looking on the web for a solution said to reset graphics to use cntrl all del so I've done that now there is no cursor an it won't show graphics to bios so I can't see anything but lack, any advice?? Also it restarts over and over,I tried changing hard drives to get windows to load with no luck please helpI'm running wi
