Windows 10: Black screen and boot loop on an acer laptop.

Hi,A month ago, my 3 years old acer laptop started to show black screen on startup, but I could solve that by restarting several times the computer or restarting the graphics card drivers with an other screen.Today, the black screen problem was impossible to solve so I tried reinstalling the drivers Intel® Graphics Driver 30.0.101.1340.I rebooted the PC to finish the installation, and since then I've been stuck in a 3s boot loop.I successfully accessed the bios by removing the battery to turn off the PC, and booted from here.But as my screen is still black, I've no idea what is happening o

Toshiba Laptop Black Screen

I have a Toshiba Laptop, Was reinstalling windows 7 on it last night left it doing the updates then shut it down. Turned it on this this afternoon only to find the laptop screen is Black and also there is a burning smell coming from the Fan.

I connected the Laptop to a external monitor that is fine, Can go into bios, Windows boots up fine Etc.
Just took apart the laptop earlier to check all the cables where in correctly, Checked the motherboard over for any damage, burnt bits but but found nothing. Just put it back together now but im still getting this burning smell and i still cant use the laptop screen only a external screen.

I Tried Pressing FN+F5 to switch to the laptop screen, But still black screen. Any Suggestions please ?

As you are facing issue with black screen boot loop, I suggest you to perform Power Drain by following the steps provided below:

• Shut down the Computer.
• Remove all power source (including battery if it is a laptop).
• Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds.
• Connect the power source and start the computer.

If the issue still persists, create an USB installation media (ISO) for Windows 10 using the Media Creation Tool from the link provided below:

After the installation media is created, follow the steps provided below to run Startup Repair.

• Insert the installation media you created, and then restart your PC.
• On the Install Windows screen, select Repair your computer.
• On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot>Advanced Options.
• Click on Startup Repair.

Windows 10 will not boot: hanging on Acer start screen

I have an Acer Laptop running Windows 10, and have had Windows 10 for years. Yesterday, it said it required an update, so I scheduled it to occur overnight. This morning the computer will not boot up. It stays in a restart loop, but it only makes it to
the Acer Splash Screen. The blue repair screen is not appearing. To turn it on, I press the power button and the circle of spinning dots on a black screen appears. Then the Acer logo comes on to the screen. Then the computer shuts down and powers back up in
an inifinte loop, without any errors or notification saying it is going to restart.

Please help.
