    Hello, I got a problem about the Bitlocker. So, I'll start from far, two days ago I turned on my laptop and there is a Bitlocker. Out of no where, I did not do anything, I did not even know before that it exists. Then when I got into it, It helped me get everything I need, gave me instructions on how to find the recovery keys. So I tried to put it in, and it accepts the first key, but when I put in the second key, it says it's incorrect. I am sure that all the key ID numbers match and so do the recovery key, I tried to put it in minimum 7 times, and it accepts the first recovery key, but rejec

    Bitlocker will not accept password or Recovery Key

    I am trying to access my hard drive , But my recovery key and password are not being accepted

    by bitlocker.

    This Recovery key was sent to me when setting up the bitlocker, But now says it's a invalid key



    Is there a problem with this software as its not accepting my recovery key Or password.



    Can this bitlocker be reset so that it Can accept my recover key.



    Any help please.Alan

    1. Are you not able login to your computer due to BitLocker Recovery Key?
    2. Did you ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key on your computer?
    3. Are you not able to login to your Microsoft Account to find the BitLocker Recovery Key?
    4. Are you using Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Professional?

    Meanwhile, try finding BitLocker Recovery Key if you have ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key for your computer.

    Please elaborate on the issue, so that we can understand the concern and get back to us to help you further.

    I have lost my bitlocker recovery key and tried following the recovery steps. I have also searched and tried following the command prompts suggested but none have worked.
