Windows 10: BitLocker PIN screen on external secondary monitor

Monitor issue on bitlocker unlock screen

Hi! I connected one monitor to the integrated GPU on motherboard with HDMI and the other monitor to the PCIe gpu with also HDMI. So i want to work the bitlocker unlocker PIN screen on all monitor at the same time.

I can see the motherboard logo and the bios settings on all monitor but when the bitlocker screen is loaded my PCIe gpu monitor screen is went black and i can see the screen only on the motherboard GPU.

I tried everything

1. Multigpu ON and OFF
   
2. Secure BOOT ON and OFF
   
3. CSM enabled and disabled (when disabled this the integrated gpu is not working)
   
4. All monitor connect to motherboard (this option is working but i dont want to use it)
   
5. I tried the Group policy settings but only found DMA and nothing else

I surmise the need for step recorder is not common enough to justify enabling the option for Intel driver.

Screen Capture Mouse Cursor position on External Monitor is why I create this post.

When it cannot capture Mouse Position, I use Steps Recorder but it records both Displays...

My Screen Capture is used for following:

1. Power Automate Cloud
   
2. Office 365
   
3. communicate to Tech Support
   

Hoping Microsoft would add features to next version of

1. Step Recorder
   
2. Snip App(s)
   
3. Windows Display setting
   

Assuming most users like me need

1. Mouse cursor position captured by Snip App(s)
   
2. External monitor, when used, is often
   
   1. to extend Display
      
   2. used for important task(s)
      
   3. App such as Office is on External Display
      
   4. Laptop monitor for secondary task(s)
      
   5. Step Recorder is to demo use of Single App, therefore External Monitor
      
   6. Portrait oriented for capturing web pages like Power Automate

Bitlocker Blank blue screen at PIN screen

Our organization requires Laptops to be Encrypted with a PIN #. One of our Laptops is giving me trouble. I have Bitlocker turned on and fully encrypted and have require Startup PIN with TPM in the Require additional authentication at startup in GPEDIT. I also have the Enable use of Bitlocker Authentication Requiring preboot Keyboard input on Slates enabled. When turning on the Laptop Bitlocker comes up with the light blue screen where you enter the PIN but the screen is blank. It doesn't say Bitlocker or have a box to enter the PIN #. Now I can just type the pin # and press enter and it works and loads windows as normal. I obviously can't give this Laptop to a user like this.

Anybody have any suggestions as to a resolution to this issue.
