Windows 10: Bitlocker locked up after first day of HP Envy PC usage

Have had new HP Envy PC plugged in 1 day and adding programs. Turned off and when turned on just spinning.Did the Bitlocker recovery code accepted and still could not get in.Tried all Automatic Repair options and nothing.Even tried command prompt manage-bde to turn off bit locker. It said completely decrypted and still could not get in.No restore point so not an optionDon't have Windows DVD/CD to reinstall so what a nightmare.So obviously this has been a miserable experience and I see a lot of other people have has this same problem.

So I have a hp envy that uses windows 10. I've been trying to turn on my bitlocker so I can use encryption, but whenever I try or click on bitlocker setting to turn it on nothing comes up and I don't know how I can turn it on.

Other configurations will be available in select retail stores in late September starting at $999.
• The HP ENVY Recline23 TouchSmart All-in-One PC Beats Edition with an Intel Core i5 processor, 8 GB of memory and a two-year limited warranty will be available at hpshopping.com in November for a starting price of $1,249.
