Windows 10: bitlocker encypts drive every start up

The problem started most likely today where the secondary non operating system drive of my Lenovo think pad was encrypted. It did have a recovery code and it was successfully decrypted, however on its next start up the same dive was encrypted again.This was replicated upon a manual restart.although not too important the drive was renamed to the default name of local drive instead of its custom name but it was recovered on decryptionI first suspected malware but unlike shrinklocker that affects the operating drive and erases keys, this however retains its keysthen I tried to look into bitlock

We suggest doing the following steps again to resolve the issue. To complete the procedure, make sure that you have the following information:

• You must be able to provide administrative credentials.
• The drive must be BitLocker-protected.

To suspend BitLocker Drive Encryption on an operating system drive, please follow the steps below:

• Click Start, click Control Panel, click
  System and Security, and then click BitLocker Drive Encryption.
• Click Suspend Protection for the operating system drive.
• A message is displayed, informing you that your data will not be protected while BitLocker is suspended and asking if you want to suspend BitLocker Drive Encryption.
  
• Click Yes to continue and suspend BitLocker on the drive.

I suggest you to perform below mentioned steps to disable BitLocker.

To disable BitLocker I would suggest you try the following steps and see if it helps.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Change View by from Category
  to Large Icons/Small Icons.
  
• 
  Click on BitLocker Drive Encryption and click on
  Turn BitLocker Off.
  
• 
  Follow on screen instructions. Click on Decrypt the Drive
  when the message appears.

BitLocker Drive OS Install

Hi all.

The computer is not booting up.. I tried crashing it in WinRE .. some how microsoft did it again and now my drive is Bit Locker Encypted
Asking bit locker key for every repair option. I got the keys from Ms account.
When trying to run SystemRestore, Startup Repair or safemode, All failed.
Opened CMD and tried different Boorec Commands, all give access denied. I have bootable USB created by Windowsmedia creation tool. some how microsoft did it again and now my drive is Bit Locker Encypted

Now I want to reinstall OS without loosing data, Due to encryption its not allowing me to do a parallal install.
I would appriciate if someone can guide me through steps of disabling BitLocker in WinRE.

Edit : I can access CMD in both WinRE and while booting from USB . Hope that helps
