Windows 10: BItlocker Encryption/ Decryption failed with status code 0x80070057

Hi I have encrypted my hard disk long back, and decrypted it using other systemwindows 10. It was completed.After that i tired to open my hard disk in another computer , but i am getting "Bitlocker version of this computer isn't compatible". I have tried multiple systems but no use.I have checked the status using manage-bde -status Eut put is :BitLocker Drive Encryption: Configuration Tool version 10.0.19041 Copyright C 2013 Microsoft Corporation. Bitlocker Stuck Decrypting

For future reference, instead of using the TASK MANAGER to restart, you can simply hold CTRL + SHIFT and right click on blank space on the Task bar, to bring up 'Exit Explorer'.

Another option is to use software.

I have followed the steps for my device (D in Windows PowerShell as mentioned by you but I got the following result mentioning "the device is not ready". Please help with any alternate solution.

Bitlocker decryption paused at 73.1% and stuck

I plugged in an external HD that was protected by bitlocker.

A pop-up windows shows that Decryption is paused at 73.1. There is a resume button but when clicked, it only makes it worse and window is Not Responding.

On cmd, I checked manage-bde -status:
