Windows 10: BitLocker decryption problem at boot time

My laptop booted with probably incomplete BitLocker encryption, after it was recently initiated from our company's central policy enforcement through JumpCloud. Now the key I see in my Microsoft account which is the same as my system admin sees on Azure doesn't work. Even the key id that the boot screen shows me doesn't match the key id shown in the account. I need to access my drive without having to format it. Is there a workaround where Microsoft can verify my identity and assist me decrypt?

For future reference, instead of using the TASK MANAGER to restart, you can simply hold CTRL + SHIFT and right click on blank space on the Task bar, to bring up 'Exit Explorer'.

Another option is to use software.

Bitlocker Stuck Decrypting

As a BitLocker user myself, I can definitively say it has zero issues with SSD's. Nor has Microsoft listed any SSD drive issues.

Also be aware BitLocker decryption is not an instantaneous process and can take anywhere between 20 minutes to a few hours depending on data and size of drive.

That said, drive decryption does not prevent normal use of drive.

I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below to fix the issue.

1. Open the command prompt as admin.
   
2. Type in manage-bde –off <drive> and hit
   Enter.
   
   manage-bde –resume <drive>
   

manage-bde –on <drive>

Replace Drive by drive letter

1. Restart the computer and check the status of the issue
