    BIOS advanced settings not showing


    hello therei have a lenovo ideapad l340 gaming laptop with nvidia gtx 1650i've been having a very bad problem "laptop not detecting my nvidia gpu" and after some researches i found that this problem can be fixed by checking the BIOS advanced settings , some say "it could be desactivated in the chipset" so i want to access the BIOS advanced settings can someone help?

    access BIOS settings in Win 10

    I have an 8-year old computer running Win 10. I need to access the BIOS settings. It used to be the holding down the F2 key during startup would bring up the BIOS screen in Windows computers. But this no longer works. A web article listed a complicated
    series of steps leading to a reboot . . . but still no access to BIOS. Any suggestions?

    BIOS advanced settings not showing

    entering Bios settings

    Hi Geoff,

    To access BIOS settings under Windows 10 operating system, please follow the steps below:

    • Click Start, then click Settings.
    • Click Update & security, select Recovery then under
      Advanced startup, click Restart now.
    • Select Troubleshoot, then Advanced options, then click
      UEFI Firmware Settings.

    Let us know how it goes.
