Windows 10: Belgian French speaking with english Windows 11 did not get the "Feed" widget in french

Hello,I have windows 11 in english - I am french speaking in belgium BUT the "feed" widget is in dutch instead of french.Could you help ?Regards

Can Cortana Speak in English but with a French accent?

I've got her speaking French.

I've got her speaking English.

But trying to get her to speak in English with a French accent I've been struggling to do? Is it possible?

I have it working with Alexa, I have it working with Google, I have it working with Home Assistant, but will it work with Cortana?

Language used in Windows 11 Widgets is not the display language

I've a strange problem with the Widget language selection:



Context:

- Display language is configured to "English"

- Country/Region is configured to "Belgian - French"



Result:

- The Windows 11 widgets are displayed in "Dutch" language.



Expected behaviour:

- Widgets should displayed in English (as this is the display language) with a possible fallback to French (as this is the region).



Could someone explain why it does not work as expected?
