Windows 10: Battery usage chart shows no information, battery is drained during sleeping mode

Hi,I have issues as below, please help:- Laptop: Dell Lattitude 5440- BIOS version: 1.14.3 latest, installed as instructed by Dell support- Battery health: Excellent tested as instructed by Dell support- Windows 11Issues:- Battery drained when the laptop was in sleeping mode- Battery usage chart shows no informationI've asked for support from Dell, they suspect that issues may come from operating systemPlease help.

Battery Draining on sleep mode

I am having issues with battery life while my computer is on sleep mode. I notice that my battery is draining really fast even on sleep mode and the majority battery usage is from "Windows Default Lock Screen". On battery usage by app "Windows Default Lock Screen" is responsible for 86% of usage even during inactive hours. I have the computer set to go to sleep after 3 minutes of inactivity both while plugged in and on battery, and the problem still persists. Please help me.

even mine has a slow battery drain, using Win 8.1. Even when powered off, not in sleep or hibernate, but off. It still uses the battery to keep the clock going.
Turn off fast start, as suggested, hibernate over sleep as it uses less power, and if you aren't going to use it for several hours, shut it off.

Sleep Mode has never been efficient. In all my years of using laptops, I've always just turned them off and on. Battery drain is normal for sleep mode. Some people have had issues with the laptops not powering off completely and draining the battery, but if that's your issue, there is an easy fix. You turn off Fast Startup and check a setting in Device Management under Intel Management Engine.
