Windows 10: Bad_module_info has stopped working

    Bad_module_info has stopped working


    Sincve about 3-4 weeks ago whenever I play the game "DayZ" through Steam it either freezes up on me midgame or i will get this Bad module crash. also the game is running very poorly as well since all this started happening. my frames drop tremendously during normal game play. I have ran sfc scan already. it did find one corrupt file and it was repaired successfully. but to no avail. please helpEvent ViewerFaulting application name: bad_module_info, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x00000000Faulting module name: unknown, version: 0.

    Bad_module_info has stopped work

    Yeah this is a Windows 10 issue, that needs fixing via an update by Microsoft. The fixes that have been suggested are tedious and do not work.

    Yes I just tried to play the game Echo of Soul and got the "Bad_module_info has stopped working" error when playing after about 4 minutes or so.
