Windows 10: Auto opening of MSN website every now and then.

Hi every now and then with no user interaction my default web browser Chrome opens to the msn home page my home page is googlethis also happens irrespective of the default browser. It is completely random and comes up over whatever I'm currently doing on my computer stopping me in my tracks this is very annoying. Any ideas on what be triggering my web browser to open to msn?I see that there are Questions around this in Microsoft forums from around 2015. But I don't see any thread or any Microsoft Customer care executive offering a solution to this problem. Request you to please check and u

Go into "Internet options" by clicking the gear icon, and where it's red in the window-shot, paste or type the homepage(s) want (you can set it to open as many tab/ sites you wish to have).

I would like to ask few questions about the query:

1) Are you able to login to MSN new and MSN Money on webpage?

2) Please confirm whether the account that you are experiencing the issue while opening MSN apps , is that a

Microsoft Account or a Local Account?

If its not a Microsoft Account then I would suggest you to configure your Local account into Microsoft Account.

if its a Microsoft Account then lets try to change the Microsoft account into local Account then re-sync into Microsoft

Account to diagnose whether it’s a Microsoft account problem or not.

Please follow the steps to change Microsoft account into Local account.

  Windows Key + I.
  
• 
  Tap or Click on Account.
  
• 
  Tap or click Email or User Account.
  
• 
  Click on Sign in with Local Account or Sign in without Microsoft account.
  
• 
  Type your Microsoft Account User name or Password.
  
• 
  Type a name for Local User Account.
  
• 
  It will prompt Sign Out for to make changes on the account.
  
• 
  Click on Sign out.
  

Once your account is change into Local account then restart computer and Sign in into Local account to sync or configure into Microsoft Account to check if it helps.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
