Windows 10: Asus Zephyrus G15 GA503RM crashing at random intervals for unexplainable reasons?

Please, someone, anyone help me!For the past few months, I've been experiencing crash after crash on this laptop. At first, it wasn't that bad or consistent, maybe once every 3-4 days. But now it seems to be constant, 2-5 a day. I've tried googling and troubleshooting on my own, but to no avail; it's fixed nothing. I'll list everything I have tried at the bottom of this, and I hope that someone can give me a hand!In the event of a crash, it usually happens in steps. At first, the screen will freeze, then the sound will stop about 10-30 seconds latter, and then automatically restart after 3-5 m

Usually, computer screen freezes are often due to your hardware or software problems, you have performed so many tests, but you still get machine freezes before a fresh installation of Windows, which would indicate that the software is not able to cause this conflict. Asus ROG Zephyrus G15 GA503QS Freezing

Hi,

I have an Asus ROG Zephyrus G15 GA503QS with 32GB of RAM purchased in 2021.

About a week ago I started to notice a delay while writing and playing Hades 2 so I decided to reinstall Windows 11.

During the installation the computer froze so I restarted it and it finished the installation, since then the computer kept freezing.

I tried the following and it didn't help:
- Rested back to factory settings.
- Installed a fresh installation of Windows 11.
- Installed all the latest drivers and Windows updates.
- I ran MEMTEST86 - Everything is OK.
- I ran CrystalDiskInfo and CrystalDiskMark - No errors (Disk health at 99%).
- I ran all Windows disk check and repair commands in the CMD such as CHKDSK and others.
- I Cleaned the fans.
- I checked the temperatures - always OK.

I also replaced the SSD after a few recommendations.

The computer keeps freezing a few times daily, including while installing Windows.

Currently, there is no Windows installed and it freezes while loading from the bootable USB, even before reaching the Windows installation.

What should I do?

 

ROG logo appears twice on booting up my Asus Zephyrus G15. How do I resolve it?

On switching on, ROG logo appears, system loads, 2/3 seconds blank screen and then again ROG logo appears eventually continues like a normal boot up. Is this issue related any software error or its a defective product. Laptop was functioning good for a week after purchase then after eventual windows updates, this error popped up.
