Windows 10: Asus Zenbook 14 UX434FLC Screenpad not working properly + NOX desktop image

Hello, Microsoft Team!


I really need your help on this one. I woke up and my sound wasn't working, even though troubleshooting wasn't detecting anything, nor was my video so to speak. Videos on YouTube or anywhere else wouldn't start, majority of apps wouldn't start either. So, I decided to reinstall Windows 10 on my device. I went ahead and installed it through Cloud Download and that fixed the problems, but then my screen pad would sit on a 90 degrees angle and would just be a copy of my display, no apps on it and can't turn it off like beforedoesn't work as a touchpad either.


I figured I would reinstall the Windows 10Cloud Download again and that fixed the problem, but the moment I started installing the drivers for my laptop, my desktop image changed into a complete white one with the following text in the middle: "NOX is installing "segurazo anti-virus software" and "chromium", both of which are malware".


I thought to myself that third time's a charm, but after the setup has finished the laptop turned on already had the same desktop image and the screen pad was having the same problems as before and now I'm stuck with this.

Every single time, the drivers wouldn't show up in Control Panel by the way.

Also, now I don't have the option to use Cloud Download to reset this laptop anymore.


Yes, I have installed an operating system before, Windows primarily, multiple times. There's no way I could've messed that up 3 times in a row.


Please let me know A.S.A.P. if there's something I can do about this myself or if I should go to a specialist.

P.S: The laptop came with Windows 10 Home and I never received the option to pick a different Windows version.

Touchpad innovation with ScreenPad
