Windows 10: Asus stuck on installing CISCO EAP-FAST

My wifi has been having lag spikes randomly every 3-4 seconds, my brother suggested updating Drivers and BIOS. After googling them and finding a place to do so, I began installing upgrades for my PC.


All went smoothly until the install of EAP-FAST. It got stuck their.


How long should it take and can anyone suggest how I can verify if it is is in fact frozen

Reset will do the following changes.

Reinstalls Windows 10 and removes all your personal files.

Removes apps and drivers you installed.

Removes changes you made to settings.

I just did factory reset on Windows 10 and it removed all the Cisco Modules (Cisco EAP-FAST Module, Cisco PEAP Module and Cisco LEAP Module) I've heard they are important so how do i get them back?
