Windows 10: Asus rog ally bitlocker

I have a day old ally, it is stuck on the bitlocker blue screen, I checked thru everything I could find and I knowbthe recovery key and I've pressed the volume up button to access the keyboard yet when I press in the box I only get a keypad and cannot switch to a keyboard function. What is the fix?

How To Fix BitLocker On ROG ALLY

My friend recently bought an Asus ROG Ally as of yesterday. When he updated it however, BitLocker said he needed a recovery key to access it. Since ROGs have Windows 11 as an OS, I assumed here would be the place to ask. He can't actually type in the spot where you type in the code so I don't even know if he can use his Asus Ally. How do I help him?

How To Fix BitLocker On ROG ALLY

To fix BitLocker on the Asus ROG Ally, your friend can follow these steps:



1. Press and hold the power button on the device until it turns off completely.

2. Press the power button again to turn on the device.

3. When the BitLocker recovery screen appears, press the volume up button to switch to keyboard mode.

4. Press inside the box and a keypad will appear.

5. Enter the recovery key using the keypad.

6. Once the recovery key is entered, the device should unlock and allow access to the operating system.

Rog ally

My rog ally keeps saying my pin isn't available (code: 0xd0000225) I clicked set my pin took me to enter my password and asked to send code to my phone and I didn't get anything then I clicked send code to my email it didn't get sent there either can someone please help?
