Windows 10: Asus blue screen

My Asus laptop is showing blue screen with “Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We’re just collecting some error info, and then we’ll restart” stop code: WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR. Please help. I already changed the hard disk few months ago.
