Windows 10: Assertion failed Line: 412 Expression: vulcan_

I recently uninstalled everything related to Adobe after FINALLY moving to Affinity Photo, everything I read said Vulcan had something to do with Adobe, but what could it be? I normally ignored this at first, but when it interrupted my game of Fortnite Festival mid-combo I was like, it's time for this to leave. I made sure to uninstall everything properly, even using the uninstaller. Was that not the right option? Do I have to repurchase Adobe to fix this? I have no clue what is going on... Recently installed adobe creative cloud and whenever I launch my pc (because of adobe auto start up) or try to get the creative cloud to open I get this error:

I downloaded adobe creative and maybe i deleted it the wrong way, maybe I deleted some important files of microsoft visual c ++, now i want to use adobe again and i have downloaded it again to edit videos with this software but when running adobe software it gives error: microsoft visual c ++ Runtime Library (line 390): vulcan_ Assertion failed.I don't know what to do. Please help me because I need adobe software
