    "Internal Error - ASPI not initialized" seems to popup at random times, and if I click OK enough times it goes away

    Original Title: Internal Error - ASPI not initialized

    I keep getting the following error popup in a dialog box on my desktop - "Internal Error: ASPI not initialized". It seems to popup at random times, and if I click OK enough times it goes away. I'm running Windows 10 Pro on a Dell Optiplex 780. Processor
    Intel Core 2 Duo CPU E8400 @ 3.00GHz. 4.00GB RAM. 32-bit OS, x64 - based processor. I tried downloading the 4.70 version from Adaptec with no luck - it says incompatible OS. Any ideas?

    Please let me know if this is in the wrong forum...
