Windows 10: ArcSoft Webcam companion 3 not found camera in windows 10 - Part2

Arksoft Webcam Companion 3 worked perfectly with new user created. Though with the original user from the very beggining Windows 10 installed and updated for 4 more years, thi

Similar but not the same problem I noticed.

Yes, the built in camera itself worked properly tested by an accessary "CAMERA" attached to Windows 10 , there is no problem with "camera driver", but Webcam companion did not detect that camera.

Cricking "refresh device" in setup menu in it did not work, resulted in "blank" of "Video Device" following;

The built in camera has no problem with its drivers I am sure, so this is caused by the malfunction of Webcam companion itself.

I think Webcam companion is now obsolete unable to detect the camera which surely works in Windows10 !

Compatibility setting to Windows 7 on uMonitor.exe did not work either.

Maybe some dll files related to Webcam companion need to be replaced by the ones properly working in W10.

Is there anyone who succeeded to find which dll to which ?

 

Arcsoft Web companion 4 not supported after upgrade to windows 10

I have sony vaio E series VPCEH35EN. my Arcsoft web companion 4 not capture image , also green light camera indication but not capture image. This problem appear after upgrading windows 7 to windows 10.before that it is working properly.

I am unable take picture from camera for window password

I am using Arcsoft WebCam Companion 3 version is 3.0.21.390 and my version is up to date and i have tried other two method.My web cam work perfect on launching the software from arcsoft companion software but it is not working on the camera app provided
by the windows 10. I am trying to the window password by taking an image from cam. My Laptop is Sony Vaio VPCEB14EN
