Vivobook go 14 Flip has microsoft windows apps & features are missing on vivobook go 14 flip im trying to download and the microsoft recommended setting is turned to on, i can not download anything how do i turn the microsoft recommend setting to off on a asus vivobook go 14 flip when the apps & features is missing?

Asus VivoBook s 14 Flip OLED tp3402za Right speaker doesn't work.

My laptop is Asus VivoBook s 14 Flip OLED tp3402za. I have a problem where my right speaker doesn't work, but the right one is fine. I tried to reinstall all drivers and troubleshooting. How can I solve this problem? In the sound settings when I set the volume for right speaker to 100% and left to 0% the dB bar jumps around as if there is sound going out, but there is none.

 

Blue Tooth on Asus VivoBook Flip 14 TP401M

Afternoon - the blue tooth icon has gone, also any mention of blue tooth on this computer. When I get into settings it is showing a blue tooth mouse visual but saying that it is turned off. No matter what I do, the mouse icon via the computer will not
show on even though physically it is on! I cannot uninstall it because it asks me to turn the mousse on! I've gone through every suggestion to find "blue tooth" but it has disappeared! Where the damn has it gone!

We have had windows updates. I am SO frustrated; but a little lucky that the vivobook is touch screen. I would prefer the mouse. Please please help. Of course ASUS on line help is off line - I live in Australia and I assume they are on the other side
of the planet.
