Windows 10: Application Crashing - Faulting module path: C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll

Hello, I used to play a game called Space Station 13, that runs on Byond engine, https://www.byond.com/ Dreamseeker.exe keeps randomly crashing now when playing, It's been happening since i upgraded to a new pc.I'm currently using a 13th Gen IntelR CoreTM i9-13900K and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070.On my old computer i was using windows 10, when i got the new one i installed windows 11 pro, i tried formatting, the error persists, i have just now downgraded and do a fresh install of windows 10 home, and the error still happening on a fresh install. Minecraft crashing: Faulting module path: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\amdxc64.dll

every time i try to start minecraft bedrock 1.21, it shows the mojang screen, then crashes. i looked in the event viewer, and found htat it had to do with amdxc64.dll
