Windows 10: Applicable deivce

Hi! I've recently just got the minecraft starter pack and I've been trying to install/download it but i'm not able to.I keep getting a pop up saying i don't have any Applicable devices. I remember this happening when i tried the trial version but i fixed it pretty quickly. I'm also able to install a lot of other programs. I've tried restarting the Microsoft store program my pc is up to date and many others things. I use a surface pro 6 btw. Please recommend me ways to fix this :

Explorer.exe, Werfault.exe, RuntimeBroker.exe (application errors). start wont come up and application errors wont go

• Have you created another user account as suggested in the step 2?

It must be difficult when things do not work as expected.

If the issue persists, I suggest you to check whether the applications are compatible or not from the manufactures website. If these applications are compatible, I suggest you to run the application in compatible mode and check if it helps to
resolve the issue.

Please follow the below steps:

• Right click on the Program
• Click on Properties
• Click on Compatibility tab
• Select Run this program in compatibility mode and select the operating system accordingly from the drop down list.

Application not appearing anywhere on the screen

• How did you downloaded the application is it through windows store or browser?

I would suggest you to check in downloads folder in the file explorer.

Follow the below steps.

• Press windows key + E.
• Click on the This PC.
• Select the download folder & check if application is downloaded.
