Windows 10: AppHangB1 on explorer.exe

I using a Dell Alienware laptop running windows 10 Home version 10.0.19044 Build 19044 there are 3 users on it, the problem im getting is that when a 2nd users logs on to the laptop im getting the AppHangB1 on explorer.exe. This same problem seems to be occurring no matter what combination of users try to log on.Any help you could offer would be much appreciated!

AppHangB1 error

I run Windows 10 Pro x64, version 1803 (OS Build 17134.228). I’m writing because
the Quake Champions game keeps crashing. I encountered AppHangB1 error and tried to fix it. I have taken some troubleshooting steps already, such as updated drives,
re-installed the game, made SFC Scan, checked the disk, made memory diagnostic test. Nothing’s helped.

What is this error and how can I fix it? Thank you.
