Windows 10: App crashing with exception code 0xe0434352

Hello,I am trying to run a custom application that add vips to a server on Battlemetrics. I have used this application with no issues for months. Now out of the blue it would crash while running with no error code, and now when it crashes it shows a string of code for a split second, detailing what went wrong. In event viewer it said kernelbase.dll was the faulty module, and 0xe0434352 is the exception code. I have checked my C drive for errors, ran sfc, rolled back recent updates, uninstalled and reinstalled the application, repaired my desktop runtime, updated my desktop runtime, and ran a c

0xe0434352. To troubleshoot the issue, we suggest checking and installing available drivers by following the steps below:

  your graphics card and select Update Driver.
• Select Search automatically for updated driver software.

please help The exception unknown software exception (0xe0434352) occurred in the application at location 0x00007FFCDFAB3FB8 when I shut down computer, the first time it happened it was very quick and I didn't catch the msg the last time it stayed
on the screen and I wrote down the msg and now I need help please I have windows 10
