Windows 10: apeal posting block

Discus and support apeal posting block in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I would like to know how to apeal being blocked from posing comments to articles i log on back in april and say i was blocked and still is several...     In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
    Are you able to follow them?
    In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
