Any fix for greyed out disabled "Override High DPI scaling behavior"?

this is happening only with 1 particular software which is acting very slow. and it appears to be a DPI issue. i hacve already updated to the latest graphics drivers and am using windows 11 pro. and want to try to change this "Override High DPI scaling behavior" but it is disabled.i have looked at many other softwares and this setting is working fine. it is only not working at this particular software.

Edit files in the WindowsApps folder or Override high DPI scaling behavior for Windows Apps

I'm trying to fix some visual issues with some windows apps in regards to high resolution monitors. Normally with any other app I can use the Override high DPI scaling behavior for Windows Apps setting on the .exe file or create a .manifest file to fix
the scaling issues. If I could edit the manifest file for the windows app or if the Override high DPI scaling behavior for Windows Apps worked for windows apps I could fix the issues.

  3. Toggle Override High DPI Scaling Behavior for *ALL apps* on

My laptop screen is 15.6 inches in size, and its resolution is 1920x1080, thus windows is reccomending me to keep the screen scale at 125%, because if I keep it at 100% everything will be zoomed out: tiny and hard to read. However, if I keep it at 125% all
apps are going to be blurry unless I toggle Override High DPI Scaling Behavior on in the compatibility tab settings, though it does not work for system apps (system apps such as Device Manager will stay blurry on 125% scale) and I would have to do it for every
single app. The Let Windows Try to Fix Blurry Apps option does absolutely nothing as well.

So, I'm asking if there is a way to toggle Override High DPI Scaling Behavior (override by application) for all apps including system apps, so there will be no blur while keeping the screen scale at 125%.

Override high DPI scaling behavior setting is reset after closing program

I've been trying to adjust compatibility settings for an older game (The Witcher Enhanced Edition), and I was able to get the game properly running after disabling "Override high DPI scaling behavior" in compatibility settings for the program. For some
reason, every time after exiting the program, Program Compatibility Assistant would prompt me that it had changed my settings, and the override high DPI setting would be re-enabled. To circumvent this I tried disabling PCA through services and group policy
editor, but the setting still kept reverting even though the prompt from PCA stopped appearing. I've discovered that I'm able to change every other compatibility setting without them reverting, but every time I attempt to disable high DPI scaling override
it always reverts after closing the program. How can I prevent this issue? It's extremely annoying to have to change the properties for this program every time I want to run it.

  10. Override high DPI scaling behavior greyed out after I checked it on an app

Override high DPI scaling behavior greyed out after I checked it on an app: Title pretty much says it. I checked the box for that option in an app's properties and then when I wanted to disable it the whole thing just got greyed out and can't uncheck it anymore. Anyone knows why?
