Windows 10: Animations Laggy windows 11 23h2 OS Build 22631.4391

Hello Microsoft Team.4 weeks ago purchased Legion Go Z1 Extream 1TB.preinstalled since 22h2 original have it updated 23h2 build 22631.4391 ,so my issue when drag and drop or scroll down and up clicking start menu I see have animations laggy in this update my device legion go z1 extream specification is ram:16gb LPDDR5X 7500 CPU:AMD Z1 EXTREAM 3.30Ghz Upto 5.10Ghz GPU:AMD RADEON GRAPHIC Chip TPM installed version:2.0 All drivers installed manufactures by Lenovo.also check with sfc /scannow no found issue any problem .i just report next update fixing that bug really annoying when doing some th

The build number 22631.2506 implies the device has been upgraded to 23H2 already.

Official Windows 11 v23H2 is build 22631.xxx and you have Dev chanel insider preview build 23595 which is already ahead of official version 23H2. Your only way to get Windows 11 23H2, build 22631.xxx is to do clean install of that released version.

 

Laggy Windows 10 Animations

So I have a new laptop (Dell i7559-5012GRY). It has an intel i7-6700HQ and 8GB of DDR3 RAM. But for some reason, animations on Windows 10 are somewhat laggy. The OS itself is quick and snappy, but the animations are a bit choppy. Can this be caused by
a 4K screen? Thanks.
