Windows 10: AMD Adrenaline Driver PA-300 problem

Recently I have try to open the AMD Adrenaline Software to check something, but the PA-300 problem pops up. I followed the fix to disable the automatic download manufacture app and icon, however the problem still persist, can anyone help me please?

WMR problems with new AMD 2020 adrenalin drivers

Not sure if this is the best place for my problem, but here it goes:
Recently I upgraded my Radeon drivers to adrenalin 2020 Edition. However, with the new software my Samsung Odyssey+ doesn't function properly anymore. Only the center of my field of view looks normal. The periphery is dark (see attached pic). This only happens in windows mixed reality. SteamVR looks normal. I have tried with the latest drivers 19.12.2 & 19.12.3 but same thing. I also tried switching between Displayport and HDMI, but the problem is still there.
I have opened a thread on AMD forum and several other people reported the same issue (Access Denied). All of them have WMR headsets and AMD Vega cards (I have Vega 56). Since SteamVR looks normal, I'm thinking this is a windows/AMD related issue. I'm wondering if there are more people that have the same issue with WMR + AMD combo? I haven't been able to find a fix except rolling back the old radeon driver.
