Windows 10: Amazon Gift Voucher received from Microsoft is already redeemed by someone

Recently i have received Amazon Gift Voucher from Microsoft for Clearing Microsoft Advanced Role Certification, But when i try to redeem it, it says "The gift card you are trying to add has already been claimed by someone else". Voucher code is not not expired yet and also not redeemed by me.* Moved from Advertising

Hi m unable to redeem my gift voucher code on wallet.. I followed all d steps and ny net connectivity is also good.. But when ever m opening the link (copy and activate) wallet is opening but there is no option for Microsoft gift voucher..

 

Problems redeeming $20 gift card voucher

Hi there,

I've requested a $20 gift card voucher that I can use to buy apps. When I followed the instructions to redeem the voucher using Nokia wallet I received an error message since my Microsoft account was still linked to the wrong country (I moved from Germany
to the States last year). I changed the country information and was able to submit the voucher code. However, I received the error message now that the code had already been redeemed :-(. Does anybody know what I can do? I've definitely not received the $20.
