Windows 10: All shortcut are only left with the name, applications on taskbar with no icons

Hi guys, after the newest update of windows 10, most of the icons of the applications are gone. The applications that pin at the task bar only left with this *picture 1* . And the icons of the shortcut on my desktop are completly gone, they left with only the file name *Picture 2* . But the applications that build in the Windows seems fine. I tried to reboot my pc and it still looks the same. I havent find any people with the same problem like me yet, it there possible ways to fix this? Or I got to wait untill Microsoft to patch this? My current taskbar

I know I am quite late but as I was scrolling through I saw this post which happened to one of friend too. This sometimes happens with Windows. Usually a reboot will solve the problem. However if this doesn't, try setting the icon for the shortcut(right-click pinned icon, right-click program, left-click properties, select "change icon...") or refreshing it by switching to a different icon, applying it, and then reverting back to the original icon. Remove the shortcut from the taskbar and replace it with the start menu shortcut or simply drag the .exe file to the taskbar.

I'll need a few more details to provide an accurate solution:

• Is the issue specific to Access application?
  
• Have you removed the previous shortcuts and try adding them again?
  

I would suggest you to remove all the Office shortcuts from the taskbar. Now go back to the same location
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16\MSACCESS.EXE. Left-click the name of the program, and drag it onto your desktop. Now, Right click the application icon on the desktop, and click "Pin this program to the taskbar".

Windows 10 taskbar icon for a shortcut

I should add that the shortcut icons on the desktop are ok - it's only the icons in the taskbar that appear incorrect.

Also, the desktop icons were first created by dragging from the apps list that appears when you left click the start button.
