Windows 10: All of a sudden Cool Viewer wants a subscription

My memory is full and I'm trying to transfer information to an external drive. I was looking at the photos before sending them to the new drive. All of a sudden Cool File Viewer won't let me without asking for a subscription. There is no place to skip this request. My computer is almost froze up waiting for space. Please get back with me soon

Cool File Viewer

Hi, our Office 365 updated recently (annual update) and all of a sudden, we are unable to open and view email attachments we receive, particularly excel. When we receive an email and try to to open it, we get a Cool File Viewer pop-up asking for a subscription.

Also, it appears that many of our saved spreadsheets, word docs and other items (existing before the recent 365 update) have converted as well and cannot be opened.

What's the fix???

Cool File Viewer is not a Microsoft product, so if you could, I suggest you reinstall it to see if the problem still exists? If the problem still exists, you can try to replace a file browser to exclude the problem caused by the Cool File Viewer itself.

Cool File Viewer -Help.

Hi, I am using Cool File Viewer to create an Illustrated book. I am inserting images from my device quite successfully and saving the project but when I reopen it all of the images have disappeared and the empty image box is showing "Read Error". I cannot find a "Help" button on the tool bar to check why I am losing my images . Any suggestions please?
